STORY
Back to basics. I personally prefer the subtle changes made to a car that make it sleek and sexy. Except my wing, not so subtle! I changed the air intake for K&N twin air intake, changed the wing for the Evo-R high Nismo wing with a distinct two-tone paint job, changed the emblems for "FairladyZ" and "Z" instead of the round Nissan ones. I changed the exhaust for a Magna Flow cat-back and changed my shifter knob for the TWM big type-R. I'm not finished, I plan on more. It may not sound like a did a lot so far, but I've only had it for a year and being that we have four cars, I'm pretty proud of the work done so far.

It's a functional car, I take it to the track at Calabogie for lapping and will soon get in to drag racing for fun so I have to keep it a certain way to afford both style and use. It always grabs attention on the streets as well as at the car meets. It's my baby, I wash her at least once a week, she never sees rain and certainly will never see snow!

FAVORITE MODIFICATION
My Evo-R High Nismo wing. It took me six months to settle on a wing for my car that would add style and functionality. I wanted something different, but not overbearing. Once installed, it completely changed the look of my Z. The paint scheme I decided on is pretty unique, too. The top piece of the wing is carbon fibre. I had the top painted to match the car but underneath was left clear coated to show the carbon fibre. The bottom piece is not carbon so had the outside of the piece painted to match the car but the top and pillar between the two pieces are painted matte black. Adds an eye-catching dimension and style. Love it.
