Michael Tengasantos purchased a bone stock 350Z as a present to himself on his birthday in 2009. "The car was completely stock and a blank canvas to start my build," he tells us. "Besides the new VQ35HR motor, what won me over was the limited production San Marino Blue color." Being one of just three San Marino Blue 350Z models that were brought to the island of Hawaii at the time, the car already stood out, but that was just the beginning.
